Walking with Elephants

Our siesta was disturbed by many groups of elephants coming down to the pools to drink. At one point we were surrounded by 150 elephants. I haven't seen such a big group of elephants for many years. Needless to say, it required some careful manoeuvring to stay out of trouble, but the guides were sensible, and we left unharmed, and the elephants undisturbed.
