Summit Selfie on Meall Chuaich

I set off this morning early to catch a single hill at Dalwhinnie on my way up to Cannich.

It was a straightforward hill which claimed in the book to take 6 hours.

I was happy to be back in my car in three and a half hours!

Then up to Inverness for some new shades (don't think I'll need them this weekend) and a new compass and pick up the shopping for the lads.

We are sharing a caravan for the next three nights (5 of us!).

I hope the weather gets better for tomorrow as I'm already running low on dry clothes!
