One for the ladies

A fabby walk this morning with Juno and company.

Work was a peanut cup of passion.

Had lunch with some of the best looking blippers, great chat and possible plans.

Not a great photo but the only one that turned out toi be in focus, he is a star.

Ran to football, a great session with the younger u13s, they listened and soaked up the session. At the game they end they worked hard and used the coaching points.

The group I normally work with were a bit hyper tonight, so it was seat of pants stuff to try and keep them focused.

Lift home and exhausted time for bed.
