A challenging walk
Back blip
Today our walk was at the Ponto de Sao Lourenco, a peninsula on the east coast, and a series of little hills. It was very busy with walkers, and at times very narrow with long drops on either side. Care had to be taken, but it was really good to be stretched. Although it was warm, there was a very strong wind, and we had to be careful of the gusts, and not get knocked over. I was glad to have my walking pole!
After the walk, and an ice cream, Victor our driver dropped us off in town and we all split up for a last wander. The HG and I took the cable car up to Monte, to have a snack with a fab view and visit the beautiful little church up there
