The girls want to have an indoor games table but our house is already full .... so we have improvised.  An improvised net was also in use today :-)

Hypermobility means that many sports are not a good idea and even table tennis involves a lot of standing so this coffee table topper which can be used sitting down is very popular.  Still good for building core strength.
