"Ordinary Wednesday"

I tried to make a special day out of an ordinary Wednesday today. Not sure why. Because it feels summer, because it is full moon or just because it is mid week.

It started with strawberries from the woods for breakfast, taking the train 01 Class to Zurich, strolling for 40 minutes along the lake to the office. Attending a training all morning without multi-tasking or leaving earlier as it happens often.

It continued then with having lunch outside, taking almost an hour in the afternoon to study a business problem in detail without time pressure sitting outside in the shade with a cup of tea., followed by a couple of short, productive meetings for the rest of the afternoon.

Leaving the office at a decent time, meeting P an old friend of us (BvD) downtown in Zurich and spending a fab summer city evening with great company, food and wine in the garden of the Restaurant Terrasse at Bellevue. Discussing business, technology and life in general. When driving home at 11pm, it was still 24 degrees celsius. So we ended the everything else than ordinary Wednesday gazing at the full moon and sipping a whiskey on our terrace at midnight. #lifeisgood #treasurethemoment
