Went for a run in the park after work, in the sunshine!

I'm loving being able to run again, even though I'm very slow and walk occasionally.

If I'd been able to blip the dog as we ran, it would have been a perfect illustration of JOY, the weekly blip challenge. She started off with a tennis ball, but quickly found an unburst football which she carried round with her for ages. Every so often she would drop it in front of me so I could kick it for her. She was very happy indeed.
