These Smarties were calling out to me in Homebase. I resisted though. I remember when Smarties uses to keep the letters on the inside, so you never knew what you were going to get. It felt like a bonus if you found a tube with your initial.
My experience in Homebase made me wonder when Customer Service became so false. When you go into shops now you get a standard, scripted interaction. Everyone wants you to go online and rate your experience. How about you just employ naturally friendly people instead of making sure they say the right things about the Nectar card and the online survey?
