NE 7th MAX stop

The NE 7th Ave MAX stop has been open again for few weeks now as the giant development on this block is nearly finished.  

A couple of really good squalls today, I won't have to water the garden until next week.  I got caught in this afternoon's downpour, a giant puddle in the road in front of me growing and growing as I waited for the light to change at a crosswalk. Finally green and it's time to figure out how to get around the temporary lake, the girl next to me says: Oh god!  I look round to see she's wearing Birkenstocks with socks - ugh - I do not envy her her walk home, squelch!
