Windswept rose

Thankyou to all those who commented on my1000 blipday yesterday.

As there was no chance to go out today I thought I’d have to resort to my usual standby of flowers then thought that I had recently probably done too many.   However although lately a high proportion have been flowers with 30 out of the last 100, only 130 out of my 1000 blips have featured flowers. So 13% isn’t so many after all.  
The wind has been very strong during the last day and the garden is littered with leaves and little twigs.  One casualty has been a large branch of this climbing rose but fortunately it should recover and we should continue to enjoy the perfume of the Zephirine Drouhin rose.
