Flower eggs

We took a cookery class today. This dish has vegetables at the bottom - peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, herbs stewed together topped with an egg. The egg is put onto oiled clingfilm then sealed up and poached. When you take off the cling film you get the flower shape. Very delicious!
