Second Day of Summer

Well the storms arrived on time with high winds and rain throughout the night and most of the day.

The only people venturing out onto the beach were the dog walkers. When they turned around to come back to the car park the wind,salt spray and windblown sand would hit them full in the face.
There was no way I was taking expensive camera gear down there so this is the one picture I took before heading back to a warm home.

Summer is set to arrive later on this week.
