Gluten free bread (second attempt)

Second attempt at vegan gluten free bread.
The first attempt at resulted in a broken baking stone and something with a leathery outer crust and a gooey pulsating inner core that wouldn't have looked out of place in one of the Alien movies.
Basically: Epic Fail
This is better than the first as it's actually edible although it's still pretty flavourless and the texture is a bit odd.
So it still needs some work.
