Chores, busing, zapping, blipping, busing, shopping, cleaning, soaking, watching.

Went for my first session of light therapy today. 30 seconds. I had to wear a helmet with a visor, exactly the same as those worn by bomb disposal folk.

I hope to god there is never a fire alarm when I'm there....naked folk running onto the street with red goggles and bomb disposal headgear.
