The soft colours of summer.
Columbine, a little battered by high winds and heavy rain, still manage to look fragilely beautiful in their delicately soft summer colours.
Many thanks indeed to all who dropped by and left lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s beach scene. Your continued support in really appreciated, especially in view of my lack of comments, replies etc at the moment. My apologies.
Blipmeet Leamington Spa. Thursday 04 June, 11am at the Royal Pump Rooms. If you’re in that area on Thursday it would be so lovely to see you. Fellow Blipper, MummaHen from New Zealand and I will be meeting up and we’d love if you could join us. After talking to the lovely tourist people in Leamington, it would seem that the Royal Pump Rooms is going to be a great place to meet up. It offers a cafe where we can meet and have a coffee and a bite to eat if we want. There’s an art gallery and a museum (all free), which gives us somewhere to linger and chat if the weather is inclement. Hopefully the sun will shine and if we want we can take advantage of the wonderful local architecture nearby or Jephson Gardens just opposite the Pump Rooms. I’ve checked the opening times of the café etc, and been assured that there are plenty of parking lots nearby. Hope you can make it.
