at the top of his game

I think this is a blue-gray gnatcatcher, but he was at the tippy top of a very tall pine and hard to see.
(Well, I guessed wrong- I've been advised that this is a Bell's vireo!)
But we could sure hear him!
Great way to start our day :-)
