Salbei

"Sage" in English.  According to dict.cc , it can be der or die Salbei.  As if the whole process of learning wasn't complicated enough.

Another really long day, kicked off by Katzenterror at just before 4.  Followed by Moot coming to me and meowing like he used to when we lived in Leith and I had to get up to feed him. 

That kind of spoiled my idea of waking up fresh and heading in to work.   I ended up getting in later than usual and that means travelling on buses with way too many people.

Which reminds me, I'm constantly astonished by the number of people I see talking on their phones for a whole bus journey.  Even at 6.30 in the morning.  I wouldn't dare phone anyone at that time, never mind babble inane nonsense at them for 40 minutes or more. 

But people do.  I see the same people doing that every day too.

Anyway, it's after 7 and it's time to stop babble-typing.
