Sage Hills

I am looking for a new home. It's awfully scary and frustrating prospect at times. I found a gorgeous home that butts up to this Land Trust. I got carried away because of the environment and made an offer on the home to back out 24 hours later. While the environment is important to me -- and this is certainly a beautiful one -- the house was overwhelming to me with 14' ceilings and grand entrances. I need a cozy home that fits in this beautiful environment.
