Summer Time

First of June? Mother Nature is having a bit of a laugh.

This is Stob Coire na Ceannain before I left for work. I opened the garden gate, to drive car out, camera in hand (no tripod because I was running late), shot taken I jumped in and set off forgetting totally that my work boots were still at the back door.
I had no option to do my site day in my semi rugged but well worn trail type shoes. It was a foul, wet and windy day and I was soaked; feet especially wet. I could pour water out of my shoes.
I am going to leave permanently -and I used to do this anyway- an old pair of boots for such situations.
