Recovery snack after a recovery swim session. Feeling very pleased with myself!

The qualification window for Joe has ended- he's ended up ranked 24th for the 1500 and definitely into the English's! So proud and pleased for him. Sheffield, here we come!

(He very nearly made it for the 200m too - ranked 48 with the top 44 getting through. Always next year though.)
