Finally in flower, but I can't blame them for being late, May has been cold and June hasn't started well.

Back to school today. It was an exciting writing day and the day began with a special assembly because there was a parachute caught in one of the trees on the field and beside it was a brown hat, a small black plastic box and a brown leather suitcase with a label saying "Top Secret! Do not open!" What a way to start the day.

At lunchtime I left the children detectives and headed to what was a busy drop in and then back for school pick up and tennis and swimming.

Back to normal for everyone. I just wish summer would arrive, it would make everything a little nicer.
