Sunday afternoon in the Forest

A big difference in the weather from yesterday, and for a while after lunch, it was looking as if we wouldn't get a walk in today. However, Roger checked the weather map, and reckoned we might have about an hour or so free of rain, so we headed off out. It was still raining as we drove, but by the time we started walking, it did seem to be easing off. We had done this walk a few months back, but it looked quite different today, with all the undergrowth all green again - most of the forest floor being covered with huge ferns. Roger kindly posed on top of the boulder for me, to give an impression of size.
