Rainbows!

Tonight we painted pictures using puffy paint! It was really good! They made it themselves (very simple) painted the pictures and then we microwaved them! Thy spent all afternoon doing it!

Also been for a swim today! Did 45 mins and then enjoyed 15 mins in the hot tub as my treat! Doing the same again tomorrow! Can't run at the moment as have shin splints again but can swim as much as I want as its non weight bearing!
