Bloodpressure

Yesterdat i went to the GP for an allergy test. Came out negative. But while i was waiting i got dizzy. So i told the assistent and i had to lay down. My blood pressure was really high and the dizzyness didnt go away. I layed there for like an hour a d first had to go for a long walk before i could get in the car home. I wasnt aloud to drive. Ive been dizzy all night. I once had this before. I have chronic nervepain and when its really bad your body can react with vasocontriction and yku bloodpressure will get high which causes the dizzyness.. I cried because it can be so frustration to be in pain everyday everynight and when i think about having it for the rest of me life it hurts me... But im strong.i think no one around me will notice when im in pain.
