Sunshine AND Butterflies!

Wow! This morning, it was all blue skies and sunshine. Lots and lots of golden, bone-warming sunshine! At one point, the entire family was outside just to feel the warmth!

As I was admiring all the pretty flowers, this Spicebush Swallowtail graced me with his presence. He spread his wings fully so I could get a shot of that as well. He certainly was gracious before taking flight to parts unknown!

When I went down to the mailbox early this afternoon, I spotted a small orange butterfly alight on a Maple leaf. The butterflies must truly be enjoying this nice weather as much as people do!
