Surgery

Today I needed some dental surgery at the hospital. I chose to have it under local anaesthetic and it was OK, rather surreal lying there watching all the instruments and the needle going in and out while I was being stitched up. So I've made this photo look a bit unreal to match how I felt.
Now the numbness has worn off and I've had some soup and a smoothie. I'm hoping I'll be OK tomorrow for my oral presentation at college :-)
