Bedraggled

The weather here was terrible all day, cold gale force winds and very cold, so much for the first day of summer. I came home from work and no blip so I was considering the raindrops on the window or the fire that's now lit.

Suddenly the wind dropped, sky cleared and the sun shone from a blue sky. A quick 15 min walk along the front found this lovely heron sheltering from the storm.

Back to rain tomorrow I think.
