The curious incident of the wrong chair....

We ordered a chair from John Lewis a couple of months ago. It arrived on Saturday whilst I was in London. When I got back and found the chair was grey rather than teal, I had to explain to john Lewis that my husband (being a man) was unfamiliar with the term teal and had thought perhaps that it meant grey....
Today they came with another chair and took the other one away. My husband confirmed that it was indeed teal in colour. When I got home, I found the correct teal fabric but with mahogany frame rather than the oak that we ordered.
Lets hope its third time lucky tomorrow!
