Fête des mères

...was duly celebrated, including the much awaited children's gifts made at school. No pasta necklaces this year. Instead, a "make your own Mother's Day cake" mix, in a beautifully decorated jar. Also some very decent artwork and a couple of well rehearsed poems, the twins cutely reciting their lines in turn.

The celebration followed with the Longest Bike Ride Ever! We discovered a very nice and sheltered track along the river Cher, away from all the traffic.

We then all crashed out in front of Roland Garros. I love watching Federer, it will never be the same without him, when he retires...

And then back to normal Sunday activities. You can't always do what you want...
