Fog meets water

Fog, clear, fog, clear. That was the pattern today.

The fog became so thick some people on their boats became disorientated. I found that a little strange because we could see the brightness of the sun and that should have been sufficient to orientate from. Maybe that's a skill I know from the mountains.

The fish didn't come easy today. 13 yesterday, 6 today including a couple of good ones. We had a bit of engine trouble with too rich a mix requiring a bit of spark plug cleaning. That's what was happening here (although I was clearly wasn't helping!).

When the fog cleared it was still, sunny and quite mild. I even removed a layer and removed two hoods and a beanie from my head.
