Roll out the barrel

Bought 2 whisky barrels from a chap near Pershore - the smell from the back of the Discovery on the way home was amazing.

The price of the barrels was very reasonable but on the way home popped into B&Q to get a couple of cheap plastic taps but somehow a barbecue jumped on to the trolley making the barrels not so reasonable - in fact it would have been cheaper to have them delivered.

Now I've got to plumb them in.

Quiet couple of days - my daughter has got 3 days work experience at my nephew's wife's place in Cheltenham and she's staying at their house til Friday - that means 3 nights of owning the sky controls and no Miami Ink, Teenage moms or Rich and Texan!
