Mono Monday: Sharp

This is a shot of a kitchen grater, its definitely very sharp as the ends of my fingers can attest having come into contact with it on one or two occasions.  We are particularly fond of a carrot salad dish, that involves grating carrots then quickly frying them  with mustard seeds adding a dash of lemon juice and then chilling.  But you do need to watch your fingers in the grating process...
