Home made Lasagne

No outdoors blip today from me, it's been bucketing down all day - just as well though as I've been busy getting organised for my Mum's visit tomorrow.

Amongst getting organised in others ways, I have also prepared a home made lasagne for tomorrow night's supper/tea/dinner, helps make my life easier to be able to have something prepared to pop in the oven and finish off, will serve with garlic bread and a salad so that's easy enough and means I'll not be spending too much time in the kitchen.

Now to think for meals for the other nights!
