The Villain Strikes Again!

Another handful of ducklings gone and when I arrived this evening he was attacking the one remaining one but the parents valliantly fought him off. It is only a matter of time. He rules the pond and is not frightened of anybody. You can walk up to him to within a few feet and he will not move. What's to be done? Think I'll write to the council and ask them to think about removing him to the country! One bit of good news is that he hasn't got the remaining cygnet!
