Today I didn't start with a run.
I spent all morning and afternoon doing work that I have put off all week. Did some housework too.
When I thought I may die of boredom I headed to the gym to train. Came home to this visitor who has a ring on his leg. I phoned a wise bird lady to find out what the hell to do with him! Of course she knew.....she is very wise. ;-)
He is currently in a box in the garage with food n water.
Well done to IP on her big race day today too.xxx whoopxxx
