Hob nobbing

Had a funny letter marked 'ER' in the post and suddenly found myself teleported down to London to attend the BBC 500 Words final at St James Palace.

The most interesting thing was watching how a radio show was put together; now that really is a masterclass in multi-tasking.

Once the frock was discarded, it was off to do a wee bit of touristy nonsense.

I did manage to get my phone through security and get a photo of the royal toilets, but felt this golden statue was a bit more attractive to look at.
