Poached some pears in red wine this evening and was reducing the syrup afterwards,. This always seems to take ages so thought I'd take a photo to blip whilst waiting. Have spent most of the day doing some sorting out indoors so have taken few photos, just a blurry bee in the garden in-between the rain.
