Journeying

Had been invited to spend the weekend with my cousins in Glastonbury. 
Left Barnstaple just after lunch; four hours later I was still not there.  The link road to Tiverton was busy; the M5 was a giant car park! Finally got to Taunton so decided to abandon the motorway and go across country - so did many others, but at least we were moving.  So instead of getting to my destination for afternoon tea around 3.30 I arrived at G&T time! What an unpleasant journey. I took this photo with my 'small' camera  as the car poking out was trying hard to overtake in spite of the queue and double yellow lines.  He eventually did overtake, illegally - and was just 4 cars ahead of me when I got to the M5.... really clever (not).
