Santa Cruz water lily - flower budding

Some lovely lilies / lotuses in the Water Lily House at Kew today. Rather surreal were these flower buds; just beginning to be ready to open. They only last for 48 hours. They are the flowers of the lily pads in the background -  the ones with the great ribs.
