On Airthrey Loch.

Between the showers this afternoon we slipped back up to the university for a stroll round the loch and to check up on those cygnets.
Yes, all eight cygnets are still there and yes, we got caught by the next shower. And tomorrow is supposed to be the beginning of summer!
Back home to MaggieD's meatballs a la Mary Berry - delicious.
And just to use up some of that oven heat, I baked a couple of sponge cakes which have also turned out pretty good.
