Aquilegia

An emergency blip from my garden, which is not as grand as it sounds! A few shrubs and odd flowers like this one given to me by friends.

The friend who gave me this plant a few years ago has been collecting, growing and nurturing plants for when we move. His wife, who I work with several times a week has been giving me updates and at one point I got quite alarmed that she would arrive with pots before we had moved. 'Don't panic' she said, Roger is going to bring them down and plant them all for you once you've moved! Wow! Amazing friends I have!

Today I had planned to go to Oxshott with Mr Lala but he has a filthy cold and is only 2 days in to a 9 day run on the early shift. He has to get up at 4am and start work at 6am so I felt it unfair to do the journey today. Hoping to go next week.
