You might be able to spot the splashes of rain in the water here, belying the sunny blue skies. It was one of those kind of walks - shivering one minute, and unzipping the hoodie the next. 

Mme Tepeka is still in Dublin, so it's just the kids and I for the weekend. The girl child is back from her 'sleepover', though judging by the yawns and the scowls there was precious little sleep to be had. I have some sympathy - pretty sleepy myself this afternoon, to be honest.
