Can I lick you!

Lazy start to this morning, it started with a bacon sarnie and then we headed off to our local Sweatshop to have a Gait analysis.  We had to wait 45mins!  The staff though fantastic and took a lot of time with us both and happy to say, we both now have trainers professionally fitted.  I have a high arch and Chris is normal so Chris was pretty easy to fit.  Thanks to my twisted spin, I run a bit odd and my right foot takes all the pressure apparently and my left foot isn't straight and that's why I am noticing some instability when I run - all very interesting to see how the foot lands and the affect it has.  So I opted to spend a little more money and have the insole fitted as well....I have come away with a fab pair of trainers and very much looking forward to my next run in them.  Best bit also, because we paid for a formal fitting, we get 30 days to trail the trainers and if in 30 days we are not happy for whatever reason they will refund our money.  I love the confidence, although after 2hrs with them today, I have doubt I will be taking them back!

We then popped Costo to get some bulky household items and then to the garden centre....I wanted a planter to plant my herbs and this little fella was enjoying a little sniff around a bit of tissue.  Very friendly thing...shame I cropped his ears off...but it was that or have the lens licked!!

Home now, Chris is mowing the lawns (thank goodness for petrol mowers - 3 lawns is a bit of a mission!) before it rains and I will shortly start thinking about putting the shopping away and starting our dinner.

Happy Sunday everyone, I hope to try and catch up with you all tonight x
