Doors day 6
I meant to get a Friday club blip at Brunsfield Links, but after a very busy day at work and hardly anytime to eat or drink I had a headache and a sore neck. I left early to come home and lie down as I felt rotten. Just before 10 pm I realized that I had not taken my photo of the day, so I nipped out to the farm lane. I had been wanting to take this one all week, but was keeping it on reserve for a night just like tonight when I wasn't feeling up to going too far.
This door is on one of the disused farm cottages. It is old and worn out, but I think that adds to the character. I love the layers, layers of different colours of paint cracking off. There is even different layers of surface material as the the front facade has broken at the bottom revealing a different design underneath.
