Broad Street Bridge

Rochester, NY. Was originally an aqueduct for the Erie Canal to cross over the Genesee River. Then it became a subway tunnel. Now it's closed to the public but they are floating around ideas of what to do with it. I say open it up as a park. The tunnel has been used by graffiti artists for years, keep the paint on the walls and let us see it.
