Working from home again today as my mouth hasn't felt right since I was last at the dentist - nothing to worry about thankfully!

So it's back to the nutella - and I had been doing so well at this diet lark last week - think I need to get my head back in the game.

M is on duty tonight so it kinda made sense to stay here today - miss him though.
