Sugarloaf!

Yes, I went for a bike ride, a PROPER bike ride, and made it to the top of Sugarloaf (595 metres) without having to push too much. Well pleased!

Towards the end of the ride, on the short road section into my valley and back home, my right knee (operated one) was fine but my left was doing decidedly ominous things... Like the right one did before it 'went' :/

Lets hope it was merely a 'blip' ;)
