Hever Castle.....

.....the country home in Kent of the Boleyn family. A beautiful one too!

We paid it a visit to round off half-term week and because I am enjoying reading the Philippa Gregory novel, The Other Boleyn Girl, about her and her sister at the moment. And of course her connections with Wickham Court, my school.

A bright day but COLD! And tomorrow rain is forecast so today was the best day to go, and it was excellent!
