Busy morning for Sky

We were at the gym at 0830 to watch her being beaten about the head by her Karate instructor - all very amicable, and he was lots of fun, but not to be messed with. From there, we went to an ice rink where she had a lesson with a resident professional. This was followed by scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and blueberry pancakes for lunch and we went home to recover. From lunch!
