Scarborough Sea, Ships ,Gulls ,Donkeys

Today we went to Scarborough .The weather was wonderful and a great time was had .Just to be by the sea , lounging in a chair was heaven , to swim was paradise and to watch the seagulls ( who seem to almost outnumber the population ) , fascinating .The pair above are my favourites . Billing and cooing , who knows but it looks blissfull.The group of donkeys were very well cared for and I was thrilled to meet one by the name of Charlie .A very colourful busy liitle harbour with much evidence of fishing is delightful .This is a spot I would gladly stay the night in .Scarborough Beach is  lovely and the sea warm. It's my idea of heaven .
